Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the delivery of complex transformation programs within our data portfolio.

  • Work collaboratively with agile teams to create world-class products that meet customer needs.
  • Perform business change, functional and non-functional requirements analysis across stakeholders, working with cross-asset IT teams to interface those requirements and deliver reconciliation solutions.
  • Own and produce relevant analysis and modeling artefacts for development teams, enabling them to develop working products.
  • Understand user journeys end-to-end, beyond system-level thinking.
  • Provide advanced business knowledge and technical support for requirement development.
  • Create/enhance logical and physical data models adhering to agreed standards, fulfilling both business and technical requirements.
  • Maintain data models and undertake metadata analysis, including naming logical entities and attributes, physical tables and columns, definitions, and data types.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • 4-8 years of experience in Data Analysis and/or Data Modeling.
  • Strong financial domain and data analysis skills, covering activities like requirement gathering, elicitation, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, reviews, and translating high-level functional or business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor, understanding SDLC & Agile methodologies.
  • Team player with a self-starter approach, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, building rapport and relationships.
  • Act as liaison between business and technical teams, bridging gaps and assisting teams to deliver projects successfully.
  • Skills in SQL, MS-Office tools, GCP Big Query, Erwin, and Visual Paradigm (preferable).
  • Comprehensive understanding of data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical) and delivering high-quality data models following agreed governance and standards.
  • Maintain accurate, complete, consistent, unambiguous, reliable, accessible, traceable, and valid metadata and data related artefacts.
