Business Intelligence Leadership Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading BI initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies, and empowering stakeholders with actionable insights.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing advanced BI solutions using Generative AI. They will oversee the integration of data from diverse sources into a centralized data warehouse or data lake.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI-based BI solutions.
  • Overseeing the integration of data from diverse sources.
  • Evaluating and implementing GenAI-powered BI solutions that allow users to gain insights from data using natural language.
  • Maintaining GenBI-based tools to automate reporting and data analysis.

Strategic Support:

  • Contributing to the development and articulation of the global GenBI strategy.
  • Assisting in driving the modernization of legacy BI platforms.
  • Supporting the development of roadmaps and prioritizing initiatives to continuously improve BI capabilities.

Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration:

  • Partnering with business leaders across various functions to understand their BI needs.
  • Communicating complex data and insights effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Promoting a data-driven culture by providing training and education on GenBI tools and best practices.
  • Collaborating with cyber security teams to ensure GenBI solutions are deployed safely and within regulatory compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 15+ years of experience in business intelligence, data warehousing, and analytics.
  • Extensive experience with BI tools and platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience with generative BI and its application in business intelligence.
  • Deep understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL processes.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based data and analytics platforms.
  • Proficiency in SQL and other data manipulation languages.
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts and applications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Preferred qualifications include hands-on experience with LLMs and proven ability to lead BI transformation initiatives.
