Job Title: Chief Operations Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Chief Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing plans, events, and meetings for senior staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars for senior staff, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and respond to incoming emails, prioritizing tasks and delegating where necessary.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for senior staff.
  • Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
