Software Quality Assurance Expert

As a seasoned professional in quality assurance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest level of software product quality. With your expertise, you will design and execute comprehensive testing strategies to identify and resolve defects, thereby guaranteeing customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and goals.
  • Develop and maintain thorough test plans, cases, and scenarios to ensure comprehensive coverage of product functionality.
  • Conduct manual and automated testing using various tools and techniques, including regression, smoke, and sanity testing.
  • Identify and report defects, working closely with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Analyze and interpret test results, providing actionable insights to inform product decisions.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, preferably in e-commerce domain applications.
  • Strong hands-on experience with QTest, TestRail, and Jira, as well as proficiency in other testing tools and technologies.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
