Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and motivate your team to deliver high-quality products
  • Collaborate with product management, user experience, and engineering teams to design and develop enterprise solutions
  • Participate in software design meetings to ensure long-term maintainability and extensibility of code
  • Conduct code reviews and drive continuous improvement in the software development life cycle
  • Provide feedback and support the professional development of engineers
  • Build and maintain good working relationships with stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively to build a great team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in shipping high-quality products in a SaaS environment
  • Excellent design and programming skills, primarily with a focus on enterprise server solutions using JavaScript and ReactJS
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Web Services technologies and basic networking principles
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ReactJS, and ExpressJS
  • Full working knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, and commercial product development practices in complex larger enterprise/cloud solutions
