Offshore Operations Lead

The role of Offshore Operations Lead is crucial in ensuring the safe, stable and efficient operation of FPSO/FPU assets. The incumbent will supervise a team of E&I professionals to execute maintenance and operations in compliance with company, Class, Flag State and international standards.

Key responsibilities include serving as SME for all E&I systems, overseeing condition monitoring and troubleshooting, managing maintenance activities and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Applicants should have a degree in Instrumentation, Control or Electronic Engineering and 12-15 years of experience in O&M, including at least 8 years in Oil & Gas, 5+ years offshore and preferably 3+ years on FPSO/FPU.

A strong background in process automation, control philosophies and safety systems is essential. Proficiency in CMMS platforms and diagnostic/visualization tools is also required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Control or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent)

• 12-15 years of experience in O&M, including at least 8 years in Oil & Gas, 5+ years offshore and preferably 3+ years on FPSO/FPU

• In-depth expertise in topside and marine E&I systems

• Strong background in process automation, control philosophies and safety systems

• Proficient with CMMS platforms (e.g., Maximo, SAP) and diagnostic/visualization tools (PI Vision, Process Book)

• Structured and analytical trouble-shooter

">

• Experienced in managing day-to-day maintenance of instrumentation/control systems

• Fluent in English
