Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of Workplace APAC in overseeing workplace operations
  • Ensure local team delivery aligns with APAC Workplace standards and best practices
  • Manage the annual budget for workplace operations while ensuring cost efficiency
  • Anticipate business needs and proactively recommend Corporate Real Estate (CRE) value-driving solutions
  • Build and nurture successful business relationships with various functions, stakeholders, and third-party vendors

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Corporate Real Estate principles and practices
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Proficient interpersonal and communication skills for relationship building
  • Analytical skills for budget management and operational efficiency assessment
  • Ability to foster and leverage strategic relationships across functions and regions

Experience:

  • 5+ years of overall experience in workplace operations or related fields
  • 4-6 years of experience specifically managing or working with corporate real estate or facility management technologies
