We are seeking an accomplished Engineering Manager to lead our team of developers in designing and implementing innovative solutions for Microsoft Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on technical leadership in designing and implementing solutions that drive business growth.
  • Own end-to-end implementation of a solution from requirements, architecture, design, development, and deployment to production by collaborating within and across functional teams.
  • Actively participate in development and code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance on technical challenges and opportunities for growth.
  • Lead new/latest tech exploration and security initiatives to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements:

  • 13-20 years of experience in full-stack development with a strong understanding of software development principles.
  • 5+ years as a tech lead and/or manager (3+ years as a tech lead is a must) with proven track record of delivering projects on time.
  • 3+ years of experience on Microsoft .Net, Web APIs, and Azure with expertise in cloud implementations, infrastructure, and security.
  • Experience in Azure IaaS and PaaS with a strong understanding of cloud computing concepts.
  • Use of source control tools like Azure DevOps, TFS, Git, etc., and CI/CD pipelines with a focus on automation and efficiency.
  • Exposure to GenAI tools for increasing developer productivity and improving overall team performance.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodology/concepts with experience in iterative development and continuous improvement.
  • Strong computer and networking fundamentals with strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Proficient in software development, project management, and team development with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with a strong academic record.
