Pega LBA Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pega LBA to join our team at Tech Mahindra. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Pega Smart BPM methodology and experience in teaching the same to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  1. Partner with business stakeholders to identify and define requirements, use cases, process flows, screen flows, and user interfaces in a Pega PRPC program.
  2. Communicate product requirements to architects, engineers, development managers, product managers, testers, and other stakeholders.
  3. Work with Development Managers, Program Managers, and Architects to scope and size projects, including sizing with limited information.
  4. Lead strategy execution, innovation, and execution in a high-pressure environment.
  5. Translate business needs and requirements into robust technology requirements.

Requirements

  • 7 years experience as a Business Analyst and 5 years in Pega Platform.
  • Good to have: Experience in Customer Services for Financial Services or Payment Providers, with expertise in Disputes, Claims, and Chargeback business areas.
  • Deep experience with industry standard methodologies of SDLC, Agile, and SCRUM.
  • Possess advanced understanding of PRPC architecture, tools, and frameworks.
  • Must be a Pega Certified Business Analyst or Architect.

Experience and Skills

  • Experience with Pega Smart BPM methodology / Pega Express Methodology and the ability to teach the same to adjacent stakeholders.
  • 7 years experience as a Business Analyst and 5 years in Pega Platform.
  • Good to have: Experience in Customer Services for Financial Services or Payment Providers, with expertise in Disputes, Claims, and Chargeback business areas.
  • Deep experience with industry standard methodologies of SDLC, Agile, and SCRUM.
