The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely accounting of transactions related to Import and Custom duty, as well as accounting and control of Licenses applicable to Import EXPORT (EPCG/RODTEP).

In addition, the candidate will be expected to ensure timely capitalization of Assets, prepare schedules of Advance and CWIP, and monitor their progress. The ideal candidate will also have knowledge of TDS, TCS, and GST provisions with reference to accounting of transactions, as well as remittance of foreign payments and compliance with necessary regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely accounting of Import and Custom duty transactions.
  • Manage and control Licenses applicable to Import EXPORT (EPCG/RODTEP).
  • Capitalization of Assets in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and monitor schedules of Advance and CWIP.
  • Maintain effective internal controls for financial accounting and reporting.
  • Knowledge of TDS, TCS, and GST provisions with reference to accounting of transactions.
  • Remittance of foreign payments and compliance with necessary regulations.
  • Implementation of SAP activities concerning AP and Asset Accounting modules.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Accounts Payable and Asset Accounting modules.
  • Comprehensive understanding of SAP S4 FICO module.
  • Knowledge of process Automation, data analytics, and visualizations.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of accounting standards.
  • Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet software.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to team goals.

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of ₹850,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
