PSA Consultant

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring our PSA solution to meet business needs.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PSA modules, a strong understanding of project management, resource management, and billing workflows, as well as proven expertise in workflow automation.

We are looking for someone who can collaborate effectively with stakeholders, integrate our PSA solution with other enterprise applications, and provide end-user training and ongoing system support.

• Hands-on experience with PSA modules
• Strong understanding of project management, resource management, and billing workflows
• Proven expertise in workflow automation
• Knowledge of Salesforce platform basics (configuration, customization, reporting)
