Job Title: Marketing Communication Leader

This is a senior-level position that requires a strong background in marketing communication. As the Marketing Communication Leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have at least 9-10 years of experience in public relations (media relations), internal branding, and advertising. Additionally, candidates with experience in CSR and digital will be preferred.

  • Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to carry forward the credibility of the team by taking proactive initiatives and helping the organization meet its future objectives.
  • Must have a deep-rooted experience in handling media queries, drafting impactful content, organizing press conferences, and turning around news stories in favor of the organization.
  • Should have knowledge in conducting media round tables, media training, interviews, and crisis management at an independent level.
  • Flair for writing articles and responding to media queries within the organization's scope.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with dedication and commitment towards meeting organizational goals and India Business Strategy.
  • Support entire Company group and business division in India for successful implementation of their brand activities as and when request is received.
  • Handle projects independently from commencement to finalization including preparation of documentation, completion of processes as per laid down guidelines.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • At least 9-10 years of experience primarily in Public Relations (Media Relations), Internal Branding, and Advertising.
  • Candidates with additional experience in CSR and digital will be preferred.
