Job Description

As a Bodyshop Trainer at MSX International, you will be responsible for delivering on-site training to Body Repair technicians, Service Advisors, and Service Managers in Body Shops. Your role will involve reviewing processes with dealerships, implementing repair processes, and organizing certification programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-site training to Body Repair technicians, Service Advisors, and Service Managers
  • Review and improve processes with dealerships
  • Implement repair processes and organize certification programs
  • Track manpower at dealerships and identify training needs
  • Recruit and assess candidates
  • Provide training to new dealers
  • Lead regional meetings and identify areas for improvement
  • Evaluate manpower retention and attrition
