Senior Business Analyst Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to facilitate the successful delivery of consulting engagements. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce business analysis, with a focus on SAP Hybris/SAP Commerce Cloud.

  • Conduct one-on-one or small group interview sessions to gather required use cases, functional requirements, and technical requirements.
  • Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting e-commerce system requirements and procedures that meet business objectives and user needs.
  • Develop user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams to communicate engagement scope to clients and delivery team members.
  • Accountable to complete assigned work within specified timeframes and communicate status if task delivery dates are at risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional delivery teams to gather and document solution requirements, design, model, and configure e-commerce data structures and business processes.
  • Collect, manipulate, and load product data, define test scripts and acceptance criteria, manage & communicate requirement, design, and priority changes, and facilitate and manage defect tracking and prioritization.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in general IT business analysis coming from E-commerce domain.
  • 2-3 years implementing Hybris Commerce.
  • Concrete understanding of SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent communication skills.
