Job Role:

Time and Labor Expert

We are seeking an experienced Time and Labor expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of our time and labor operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Design and develop solutions to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Participate in Functional User Testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Provide ongoing production support and enhancements to ensure seamless operation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and ability to write simple OTL fast formulas.
  • Strong understanding of functional business processes and technical capabilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex ideas clearly.
  • Proficiency in software development and testing methodologies.
