About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage the Talent Acquisition (TA) operations globally. As Senior Talent Acquisition Director, you will be responsible for driving recruitment strategies, achieving hiring targets, and ensuring a seamless candidate and hiring manager experience.

You will work closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to align talent acquisition with organizational goals, leveraging your expertise in large-scale recruitment operations and outsourcing environments. Your leadership skills, stakeholder engagement abilities, and data-driven decision-making will be crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Talent Acquisition operations covering end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and mobility processes.
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent globally, utilizing SuccessFactors Recruiting, ServiceNow, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Partner with senior leaders to ensure talent acquisition aligns with organizational objectives, leveraging your experience in managing hiring operations in multiple time zones.
- Optimize use of recruitment platforms, monitoring and improving TA KPIs, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, diversity metrics, and quality of hire.
- Ensure adherence to hiring policies, compliance, and data privacy regulations, maintaining a strong focus on quality and results.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and digital initiatives in TA operations, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Build a high-performing recruitment team, coaching and mentoring them for delivering exceptional results, leveraging your people leadership, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement mindset.

Requirements

- Bachelor's/Master's degree with relevant years of Talent Acquisition leadership experience, preferably in outsourced/shared services environments.
- Expertise in large-scale recruitment operations, hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting, ServiceNow, Workday, or similar platforms, and a strong understanding of data analytics and Excel skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with experience partnering with senior leadership, and excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
- Relevant years of experience in operation in an outsourced environment of HRO domain, and in-depth end-to-end process knowledge.
