Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to lead our team's financial operations. This pivotal role involves playing a key part in financial analytics, Management Information Systems (MIS), cash flow management, and supporting strategic initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct thorough financial analysis to inform data-driven decision-making.
  2. Prepare, monitor, and report on MIS to provide actionable insights.
  3. Assist in creating financial models to assess business performance and opportunities.
  4. Oversee cash flow management to ensure optimal liquidity.
  5. Manage budget preparation and performance tracking to maintain financial health.
  6. Recommend measures to improve cost-efficiency and financial sustainability.
  7. Closely collaborate with the Finance Manager on key strategic activities.
  8. Develop financial projections and pitch decks for investors and stakeholders.
  9. Liaise with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and investors.
  10. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations.
  11. Evaluate compliance with internal controls, regulations, and reporting requirements.
  12. Provide guidance to junior team members on day-to-day tasks and financial best practices.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in financial analytics, MIS, or corporate finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Excel-based modeling.
  • In-depth knowledge of cash flow management, budgeting, and financial forecasting.
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience in fundraising processes and financial due diligence (a plus).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative attitude.
