Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Collaborating with colleagues to develop comprehensive design concepts that meet client needs and expectations.">
  • Applying outstanding conceptual 3-dimensional thinking and graphic presentation skills to effectively communicate design ideas to clients.">
  • Developing detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and specifications, using SketchUp and AUTOCAD(2D).">
  • Creating realistic renderings and animations using Enscape to enable clients to visualize the design concept.">
  • Selecting furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories, and producing material boards to ensure that the design is cohesive and aesthetically pleasing.">
  • Following design guidelines, building codes, and regulatory requirements to ensure that designs are safe and comply with industry standards.">
  • Working with the team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget, maintaining productivity and quality targets.">
  • Attending meetings with clients and contractors to discuss design changes and to provide guidance and advice.">
  • Continuously upgrading skills and knowledge in design software, products, and materials to remain current with industry trends and innovations.">
