Job Description

The Role: Technical Solutions Manager

You will be responsible for developing and managing complex integrated solutions for various offerings, including Infrastructure, Public and Private Cloud, Applications, Data & AI, Project, and Consulting services.

Key responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, translating them into custom solutions, and gaining customer acceptance of the proposed solution. You will also own the end-to-end solution to the customer, identifying risks, managing costs, and delivering results for our most complex engagements.

Additionally, you will size and estimate efforts and commercials for opportunities, ensure timely internal approvals, and maintain customer-facing relationships with senior sales executives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong techno-commercial ability, demonstrated over 15 years of experience.
  • Market connections, CXO connects, and experience as a Senior Individual Contributor role.
  • Ability to influence and create large deals.
  • Deep understanding of IT/Technology/Business Trends, including Infrastructure, Public and Private Cloud offering, Applications/Platforms, Public/Hybrid cloud, Automation, and alignment with Kyndryl offerings.
  • Exceptional communication abilities to articulate solutions and differentiation.
