About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our team at McLaren Strategic Solutions (MSS). As a key member of our automation squad, you will play a critical role in driving the quality and efficiency of our testing processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prioritize and manage multiple testing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks using Testim, with a focus on maximizing test coverage and minimizing execution time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies for enhancing testing capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain complex test scripts in JavaScript, leveraging expertise in API testing and database interactions.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide clear, concise reports on testing outcomes.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in QA/Software Testing, preferably in Financial Services or related domains.
  • Expertise in Testim and strong hands-on experience with automation testing.
  • Proficient in JavaScript and SQL for writing and maintaining test scripts.
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for managing test cases and workflows.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a self-motivated mindset.
