SAP HCM Expert Leader

Job Description:

Overview:

An exciting opportunity exists for a seasoned SAP HCM expert leader to join our team. As the go-to person for all things SAP HCM, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance, support, and training to stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex business requirements to design and implement tailored SAP HCM solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Configure and implement various SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll (PY), and Benefits, ensuring seamless integration and data consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with HR stakeholders to enhance and refine current processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP HCM issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Work in conjunction with technical teams to ensure smooth execution of projects, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, configuration guides, and user manuals, to support knowledge sharing and transfer within the team.
  • Lead or assist in testing, training, and change management activities, ensuring a seamless transition and minimizing risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP HCM innovations and best practices, recommending improvements and enhancements to existing processes and systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in SAP HCM modules, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects and implementations.
  • Deep understanding of SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, TM, PY, etc.), with expertise in configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end implementations and system upgrades, with a strong focus on quality assurance and control.
  • Familiarity with SuccessFactors and SAP Fiori is an asset, but not required.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently, with minimal supervision.
