Job Description: Kazam EV Tech Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to manage all aspects of financial management, including corporate accounting, regulatory reporting, and budget preparation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing financial operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions and reporting.

The Financial Controller will be responsible for:
  • Preparing and publishing timely monthly financial statements
  • Coordinating the preparation of regulatory reporting
  • Researching technical accounting issues for compliance
  • Supporting month-end and year-end close process
  • Ensuring quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
  • Managing and complying with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings
  • Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

Requirements and Skills:
- Proven working experience as a Financial Controller
- 5+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
- Advanced degree in Accounting
- CPA or CMA preferred
- Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
