Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to lead our laboratory functions. As a Compliance Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring that our laboratory operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead laboratory investigations through OOS, incident investigations, and deviation management.
  • Provide authorization/approval of QC documents.
  • Ensure adequate QC support to smooth implementation of new products at site.
  • Improve capability of analysts.
  • Manage CAP revisions gap assessments and change communication to respective SOP author.
  • Ensure compliance to EHS in QC areas of operation.
  • Reduce cGMP noncompliance coming from L1/L2/L3/L4 audits & WHO audits.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years experience in Pharmaceutical Plant.
  • Attendance Management, People Development, Manpower Planning, Area Management, Site critical CIF delivery, Level 2 audit completion, Delivery of department budget, Quarterly OT not exceeding 105 hrs and maintaining OT budget for month.
  • No overdue QMS action in dept.
