Cloud Data Engineer

This position is focused on developing and enhancing data pipelines using Spark and AWS services. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with cloud architecture, big data technologies, and programming languages such as Scala and Python.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop efficient data pipelines using Spark and AWS services.
- Enhance existing data pipelines to improve performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Develop and maintain complex ETL workflows using Apache Airflow.
- 7-9 years of IT experience with a focus on cloud-related projects.
- 5+ years of experience with AWS services, including S3, EC2, EMR, and Lambda.
- Associate or Professional level AWS certification.
- Expertise in developing ETL workflows comprising complex transformations.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database design principles.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Minimum 5 years of experience on Cloud related projects.
- Demonstrated continued learning through one or more technical certifications or related methods.
