About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fraud Investigation Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience in fraud operations and investigation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate potential fraud activity on various products through thorough analysis and objective decision-making.
  • Conduct timely reviews of fraud incidents received from multiple channels.
  • Gather relevant information during investigations and take ownership of case outcomes.
  • Implement urgent actions to prevent financial and reputational losses when necessary.
  • Daily monitoring of fraud alerts and prompt action.
  • Identify fraud patterns and share insights with the analytics team.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across analytics, product, and other teams.
  • Recommend new methods and tools to improve operational efficiency and investigation quality.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Fraud operations & Investigation (Banking/Fintech organization).
  • Ability to make decisions and judgments.
  • Graduate degree in a relevant field.
  • Presentation skills (customer communication is essential).
  • Street smarts and pattern detection ability.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi.
