The successful candidate will oversee on-site operations from planning to handover, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery that meets client expectations and design specifications. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising daily site operations for interior fit-outs and renovations
  • Liaising with clients, designers, vendors, and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution
  • Reviewing and interpreting design drawings, providing technical input and quality checks
  • Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitoring project timelines, tracking progress, and addressing on-site challenges as they arise
  • Preparing site progress reports and assisting in procurement and material management
  • Providing proactive problem-solving to overcome project execution hurdles

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • 1-4 years' experience in interior project/site execution (residential, commercial, or hospitality projects preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of interior finishes, installation standards, and construction processes
  • Working proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and team coordination skills
