Imaginative 3D Architect & Modeller

We are seeking an accomplished and creative 3D Architect & Modeller to deliver exceptional 3D visualisations and immersive experiences. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong architectural foundation and a creative edge to transform concepts into high-quality, photorealistic 3D visuals.


About the Opportunity:
  • Develop precise 3D models, visualisations, and walkthroughs based on architectural drawings and sketches.
  • Produce outstanding renderings for interiors, exteriors, landscapes, and infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to interpret briefs and develop compelling visual concepts.
  • Enhance renderings with accurate lighting, textures, and materials.
  • Create 3D animations, flythroughs, and immersive presentations for clients and stakeholders.
  • Maintain organised asset libraries, project files, and documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Visualisation, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in:
    - 3ds Max, SketchUp, Rhino, Revit
    - AutoCAD
    - V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Lumion, Enscape
    - Photoshop / Adobe Creative Suite
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in 3D modelling and rendering.
  • Experience in landscaping, urban design, real estate development, amusement parks, or themed infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine or Unity for real-time/VR visualisations (preferred).
  • Basic understanding of BIM workflows and sustainable design principles.
