Production Leadership Role

Job Overview:

Our organization is seeking an experienced Production Head to lead the management of SMT Line, PCB, and Unit Assembly line of production. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with Planning Team to execute daily, weekly, and monthly material planning, achieving MPP targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the SMT Line, PCB, and Unit Assembly line of production to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Collaborate with Planning Team to execute daily, weekly, and monthly material planning, achieving MPP targets.
  • Resolve daily challenges through SIM-1, SIM-2, SIM-3, and SIM-5.
  • Conduct productive production meetings to address productivity, efficiency, and quality concerns.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations across manufacturing inter-department.
  • Drive KE projects and improvement project activities in coordination with Support groups.
  • Actively manage ECO documentation and implementation control.
  • Review and recommend enhancements for existing inter-Department procedures.
  • Monitor and control Non-Quality costs through corrective measures with the support of SRT Tool.
  • Taking corrective actions through projects to address customer complaints.
  • Implement and maintain the SPS systems.
  • Ensure ongoing monitoring and improvement of all production KPIs.
  • Drive manpower planning for the plant and implement multi-skilling for the workforce.
  • Continuously monitor and refine daily production planning based on OTDM requirements and BOL.
  • Drive projects to overcome repeated barriers hindering the achievement of KPIs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in production leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of production planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with SRT Tool and SIM-1, SIM-2, SIM-3, and SIM-5.
  • Ability to drive change and improvement initiatives.
