Project Leadership Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our projects from start to finish.

  • Coordinate all project management activities, resources, equipment and information to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines and budgets.
  • Work closely with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives.
  • Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management to meet deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress, handle any issues that arise and communicate project status to all stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact and facilitate communication among project team members.
  • Collaborate with the project team to eliminate blockers and optimize project workflows.
  • Use various tools to track working hours, plans and expenditures.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document project needs and requirements.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Requirements:
  • 8-15 years of experience in IT Software Industry.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is an advantage.
  • Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Proven leadership skills.
  • Expertise in conflict resolution.
  • Analytical and strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability.
  • Proficiency with related software tools, including ProjectManager.com, JIRA, MS Excel, etc.
  • Expert in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
