Job Description

We are seeking an AI Research Innovator to join our team in SDC Chennai, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in research and development, with expertise in machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting cutting-edge research to identify and develop novel AI/ML methodologies, including Deep Learning (DL) and Reinforcement Learning (RL). They will design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses, validate new approaches, and compare the effectiveness of different ML algorithms.

The jobholder will analyze data to uncover hidden patterns and relationships that can inform the development of new AI techniques. They will stay at the forefront of the field by keeping abreast of the latest advancements in algorithms, tools, and theoretical frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting research and developing novel AI/ML methodologies
  • Designing and conducting experiments to test hypotheses

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related technical field. A PhD is desirable.
  • 8+ years of experience in research development, with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
  • 5+ years of experience building and deploying machine learning models in production.
  • Proven experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
