Job Title: Oracle Finance Functional Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Finance Functional Consultant to join our team.

  • Fusion Finance Implementation Experience:
    • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Fusion Finance implementation is required.
    • The ideal candidate will have completed at least two end-to-end Fusion Finance implementation, up-gradation, lift & shift and support projects.
  • Oracle Cloud Financials Functional Expertise:
    • Experience in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials Functional in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, FAH, Intercompany, Expenses Management, RMCS, Procurement modules is essential.
  • Business Acumen and Analytical Skills:
    • The successful candidate will possess excellent business acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.

About the Role:

  • Manage the finance track independently.
  • Interact with clients and conduct business requirements and training sessions.
  • Conduct CRP, UAT & SIT sessions with clients/stakeholders.
  • Implement financials cloud, configure workflows, and resolve issues across all finance modules.

Required Qualifications:

  • Solid Understanding of Enterprises Structure, COA, Structure, and Hierarchies:
    • A thorough understanding of enterprise structures, chart of accounts, and hierarchies is necessary.
  • Flex Fields, Extensions Set Up in Fusion Financials:
    • Experience in setting up flex fields and extensions in Fusion Financials is required.
  • Reconciliation Financial Data between GL and Subledger Modules:
    • The ideal candidate will be able to reconcile financial data between General Ledger and Subledger modules.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Support period closure activities.
  • Knowledge on tax setups, including withholding and transaction tax.
  • End-to-end integrations of Financials modules with other modules like Projects/Procurement/SCM/HCM.
