Job Description:

We are seeking a Mine Planning Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for leading the planning and execution of mine operations, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement mine plans that meet production targets while ensuring environmental and safety standards are met.
  • Manage and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of projects and achieve business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies related to mine planning and operations.
  • Monitor and report on mine performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in survey data processing and plan preparation using AutoCAD or Civil 3D, Surpac or Datamine, Arc GIS or similar software.
  • Knowledge of volume calculation, stockpile reconciliation, and bench advancement monitoring.
  • Understanding of mine lease boundaries, statutory plan preparation, and DGMS/IBM compliance.
  • Degree in Mining Engineering, Geology or a related field, with minimum 15-17 years of experience in mine planning and operations.
