Job Overview

We are looking for a Sr. Sourcing Manager who can combine sustainability with business acumen.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage & drive the entire new product development (NPD) + reordering cycle.
  • Identify fashion trends & innovations across the world & help bring them to our portfolio.
  • Analyze sales data to pull insights on fast moving styles vs slow moving & bring freshness to the portfolio.
Sourcing & Vendor Management
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors with strong sustainability practices.
  • Negotiate best-in-class pricing, payment terms, and lead times while ensuring compliance with sustainability goals.
Product Development & Innovation
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to source innovative, eco-friendly raw materials and trims.
  • Research and implement new textile technologies that reduce environmental impact.
Operational Excellence
  • Drive cost optimization while maintaining quality and sustainability standards.
  • Set KPIs for vendor performance (quality, timeliness, compliance) and ensure regular reviews.
Demand Forecasting
  • Analyze sales data for entire portfolio to monitor stock movement for re-ordering of bestsellers.
