ARKO operates over 3,800 sites across retail, wholesale, and fleet segments.

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure accurate billing to Wholesale and Consignment locations. The tasks involve meeting monthly deadlines, collaborating with the Inventory Accountant, and resolving issues with the Fuel Billing Manager.

  • Obtain BOL and related Delivery Ticket paperwork for assigned carriers.
  • Billing all sites associated with assigned carriers.
  • Ensuring deliveries are billed according to daily Unbilled spreadsheets.
  • Researching tank loss issues for the Inventory Accountant.
  • Resolving CRM cases involving assigned carriers.
  • Collaborating with Fuel Supply to ensure carriers pull correct products.
  • Billing each delivery using Axxis and dealer price letters.
  • Closing EFTs with Fuel AP while ensuring accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Assisting with unbilled reconciliations and other reconciliations assigned by the manager.
  • Covering carriers when other billers are on PTO.
