Internship Opportunity: Business Operations Analyst

This is a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced environment of a leading background verification platform.

  • Support the operations team in day-to-day activities, which may include case analysis, document verification, and database management.
  • Assist in conducting background verification checks for our clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Perform outbound calls to gather necessary information and follow up on verification requests.
  • Adhere to established protocols and guidelines to maintain data confidentiality and security.

As a Business Operations Analyst Intern, you will have the opportunity to work closely with different teams within the Operations department, gaining valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of business operations.

The role provides a comprehensive learning experience, enabling you to develop skills in case analysis, document verification, database management, and communication. You will also be exposed to the inner workings of a dynamic organization, including its operational processes and procedures.

Required Skills:

  • Currently pursuing a degree/graduate in any field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Google Sheets
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for identifying discrepancies and inconsistencies in data
  • Familiarity with call-making and telephone etiquette is preferred
