Job Title: Architect

We are seeking a talented Architect to join our team.

Job Summary:

As an Architect, you will play a key role in designing and developing residential, commercial, and layout development projects. You will assist in the conceptualization and development of architectural designs, prepare detailed drawings and presentations, and coordinate with consultants to integrate multidisciplinary design inputs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Development:

1. Assist in the creation of architectural designs for villas, apartments, plotted developments, clubhouses, and commercial spaces.

2. Prepare detailed drawings, presentations, 3D models, and working drawings.

Collaboration and Coordination:

3. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants to ensure seamless integration of design inputs.

4. Participate in design discussions, client meetings, and site visits.

Compliance and Documentation:

5. Ensure compliance with local building codes and project requirements.

6. Support in preparing documentation for approvals, tenders, and construction drawings.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or Diploma in Architecture from a recognized university.

2. 1-3 years of relevant experience in architectural design and execution.

3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.

4. Basic knowledge of construction detailing, material specifications, and site coordination.

5. Good communication and presentation skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

1. Experience with sustainable design or green building concepts.

2. Familiarity with 3D rendering software such as Lumion etc.

3. Basic understanding of infrastructure and services integration in layouts.
