Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow ITOM Solution Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow's ITOM platform and experience in implementing configuration, data alignment, and automated data population.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical Skills:
  • ServiceNow ITOM platform
  • Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, Service Graph Connector (SGC)
  • Networking concepts, DMZ zone, Public/Private/Hybrid Cloud environment
  • Industrial control system and OT network functions
  • Windows, Linux/UNIX administrations and Power/Shell scripting
  • Database level architecture and SQL queries
  • Scripting, Business rule, script action, etc.
  • Configuration and enhancements capability on the ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform
  • Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT industry
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow ITOM platform
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
