Job Title: Senior Collections Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop data-driven analysis to inform operational and product strategies for loan repayment in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Leverage internal and external data sources to build collection strategies that maximize recovery rates.
- Lead a team of analysts within the collections department to ensure sufficient resources are allocated to handle workload demands.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as collections, recoveries, and delinquency rates, and collaborate with vendors to optimize repayment outcomes at optimal cost.
- Drive performance and efficiency improvements across the customer lifecycle focused on repayment.
- Develop cross-functional relationships and partner with Product and Risk teams to drive strategic initiatives across collections and recoveries.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the repayment experience through innovative third-party partnerships and data solutions.
- Utilize industry trends and analytical expertise to assess and recommend short-term and long-term repayment and collections strategies.
- Quantitative background in engineering, statistics, math, economics, or business-related disciplines.
- 5+ years' experience in data analysis, database query language (e.g., SQL), programming, and developer tools (e.g., Python, R, Databricks).
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage multiple stakeholders across teams.
- Proactive communicator willing to raise flags when needed and keep team members informed of ongoing risk or fraud activities.
