  • Handle calls on leads generated for skin related services on our digital platforms
  • Conduct sales pitches, issue resolutions, and query handling
  • Describe our services and USPs to generate maximum conversions
  • Tabulate and record responses from all channels on Excel
  • Schedule appointments for clients and coordinate with therapists
  • Analyze call quality and strive for improvement
Requirements:

1. 1-5 years of experience in direct sales in any Consumer Product / Service Industry, Freshers with good communication skills welcome

2. Bachelor's Degree in any discipline

3. Excellent communication skills & ability to pitch

4. Self-driven, comfortable with fast-paced and dynamic environments
