Electrical Engineer Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead electrical system and power electronics design activities.
  • Define architecture, system, and component-level requirements.
  • Perform analysis (FMECA, simulations, modeling) on new architectures/products.
  • Ensure design and development meets certification standards & requirements.
  • Conduct designs/documents/test-plan reviews.
  • Establish scope and framework for standardization of integration processes and common tools identification. Prepare associated documentation for company records and design reviews.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong expertise in power supply design, power converters, analog & digital control, MOSFETs/GaNs, gate driver circuitry, transformer/inductor design, etc.
  • Experience in multiple product development stages - circuit design, simulations & analysis, manufacturing, and validation.
  • Proficiency in modeling & simulation tools such as Spice, MATLAB / Simulink, PSIM, and PCB Design tools like Eagle/OrCad/Altium.
  • Familiarity with Solar arrays/MPPT/Battery/BMS/Wiring Harness topics.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in component level & system level certification and standards.
  • Expertise in Aerospace/Automotive domains.

Basic Requirements:

  • Bachelors/Masters in Electrical/Power Electronics or equivalent field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
