Business Development Manager, Digital Commerce Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Smart Commerce team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for owning the end-to-end launch and post-launch engagement of our customers programmatically. Your primary objective will be to drive adoption of new and existing product features to ensure client success.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with product, tech, and support teams to solve recurring issues post-launch and sustain client relationships.
- Identify opportunities in Smart Commerce products or feature sets based on customer insights and partner with internal product teams to win customer trust.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
As a part of our Smart Commerce team, you will be working towards building solutions to digitize small and medium-sized businesses. Our team is passionate about helping customers achieve their full potential and is committed to delivering exceptional results.
Requirements- 4+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Experience closing sales and generating revenue.
- Preferred qualifications include experience influencing C-level executives and B2B sales experience.
