Optimize Operations

This pivotal role is responsible for maximizing efficiency and quality across global production planning with a strong focus on AI-driven analytics.

  • Develop and manage blend schedules to optimize pet coke feedstock.
  • Track inventories and production rates; ensure alignment with shipment schedules.
  • Evaluate sourcing options and logistics to minimize costs while meeting quality specifications.
  • Build business models using AI tools and Linear Programming (LP) for predictive planning.
  • Collaborate with commercial, technical services, and operations teams globally.
  • Manage SAP transactions and generate reports on production, inventory, and KPIs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's in Chemical/Industrial Engineering or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in planning/blending, preferably in carbon/metallurgical industries.
  • Strong LP modeling and analytical skills.
  • SAP and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis and optimization.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and adaptability in a global team environment.
