Job Title: Web Development Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled web development specialist to join our team. As a key member of our frontend development team, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing high-quality user interfaces using ReactJS.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Lead frontend development efforts, utilizing your expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, and related technologies to create robust and scalable applications.
  2. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to transform wireframes and designs into functional code, ensuring seamless integration with backend services.
  3. Optimize application performance, ensuring speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility across various devices and platforms.
  4. Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code, adhering to industry best practices and design patterns.
  5. Contribute to code reviews, enforcing standards and mentoring junior developers to foster growth and excellence within the team.
  6. Integrate frontend components with RESTful APIs and third-party services, guaranteeing seamless interactions and data exchange.
  7. Ensure accessibility and responsiveness across all devices and platforms, adhering to web standards and guidelines.
  8. Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other collaborative sessions to drive project success.
  9. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in frontend technologies, suggesting innovative solutions to improve our products and services.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in frontend development, with at least 2+ years in ReactJS.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), ReactJS, Redux / Context API, HTML5, CSS3/SASS.
  • Experience with TypeScript and component-based architecture.
  • Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
  • Familiarity with Webpack, Babel, ESLint, and modern frontend tooling.
  • Experience with Git version control and collaborative workflows.
  • Knowledge of unit testing using tools like Jest, React Testing Library, etc.
Priorities:
  • Experience with GraphQL, server-side rendering, or other advanced frontend technologies.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or DevOps basics.
  • Background in design systems or building reusable component libraries.
  • Understanding of SEO, web performance optimization, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
