Job Role

The Social Impact Project Specialist will support the Human Rights and Inclusion Manager within the Livelihoods and Social Capital unit, focusing on various initiatives such as:

  • Pilot projects for ASC Verification, Monitoring and Remediation Systems, and the global grievance mechanism.
  • Development of material and training teams on these processes, collaboration with digital teams, and technical support to field teams.
  • Leading the annual Kickstarter Program to advance human rights impacts, overseeing project implementation, and monitoring financial reporting.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A Master's degree in human rights, social sciences, development studies, or other relevant fields.
  • 3-4 years of professional experience in business sustainability, focusing on social topics like human rights, labor rights, livelihoods, inclusion, etc.
  • Knowledge of the agricultural sector and rural community development.
  • Practical experience in project management and coordination.
