Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle OSM Consultant to design, implement, and support OSS solutions for diverse and complex projects in the telecommunications domain.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Oracle Communications OSS Stack products, including OSM, RODOD, RSDOD, and NRM. They should be able to translate high-level design requirements into detailed technical solutions and prepare technical design documents such as HLDs, LLDs, and other project-specific documentation.

Key Responsibilities include implementing Oracle Communications OSS solutions, performing code build and deployment, handling installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of OSM and related components, supporting solution integration, testing, and optimization activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing technical support and guidance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3–9 years of experience with Oracle OSM (version 7.3.x and above), preferably in the telecommunications domain.
  • Education: BE/BTech/MCA/MTech in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, or Telecommunications.
  • Technical Expertise:
  • Strong understanding of OSS domain concepts and communications industry workflows.
  • Proficiency with Java, XML, XQuery, WebServices, WebLogic, and RDBMS technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of UNIX/Linux environments and scripting.
  • Hands-on experience with OSM installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Awareness of TMF/eTOM, SID Data Model, and Oracle RODOD/RSDOD solutions.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in collaborative environments.
