We are seeking an experienced customer loyalty manager to lead our motor insurance retention efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in team management, customer service, and revenue retention strategies.

Key Requirements:
- 3-4 years of experience in Motor Insurance Retention with a track record of achieving policy renewal targets.

- Proven ability to analyze data, develop actionable insights, and improve customer retention metrics.
- Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
