About the Role

We are seeking an experienced customer loyalty manager to lead our motor insurance retention efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in team management, customer service, and revenue retention strategies.

The role involves developing and executing customer retention plans, supervising a team of retention executives, and building strong relationships with policyholders.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving policy renewal targets and will be able to drive business growth through effective retention strategies.

Key Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in Motor Insurance Retention with a track record of achieving policy renewal targets.
  • Strong experience in team handling and customer engagement.
  • Excellent knowledge of motor insurance policies, customer service best practices, and retention strategies.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, develop actionable insights, and improve customer retention metrics.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
