Graphic Design Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced graphic design specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional design input and supporting our GTM team.

Job Description

This is a completely remote, full-time position that requires strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills. You will need to understand what's needed, connect the dots between what's said and what isn't, convey your design thinking clearly, and push back on ideas you don't agree with.

You will be primarily working on creating marketing and sales collateral, including product and service decks, print design, whitepapers, case studies, one-pagers, posters, and other digital assets.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of solid graphic and web design experience, preferably in the B2B tech product/service space. They should have hands-on experience creating engaging digital assets, including website design elements, social media graphics, email templates, and digital ads.

The successful candidate will also have a deep understanding of core design principles, composition, color theory, typography, responsive and adaptive design, accessibility standards, and performance optimization.
