Expert Coupa Support Specialist

This is a dynamic and challenging role where you will work closely with procurement, finance, and IT teams to ensure seamless system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive support for Coupa P2P modules, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoicing, supplier management, and expenses.
Monitor system performance and promptly resolve technical and functional issues.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
Manage user access, roles, and permissions within Coupa.
Provide integration support between Coupa and other enterprise systems.
Assist in system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features or enhancements.
Develop documentation for support procedures, FAQs, and training materials for end-users.
Liaise with Coupa support and vendors for issue resolution and product updates.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
At least 3 years of experience in application support, preferably in Coupa or similar P2P systems.
Strong understanding of procurement and finance processes.
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira).
Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
