We are looking for a skilled Visual Creative Specialist to conceptualize and create visual assets across digital and print media. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling designs that communicate stories, elevate brand identities, and engage audiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualization & Design: Translate briefs into powerful visuals, including logos, brand identities, social media creatives, websites, packaging, print collateral, and advertising campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with strategy, marketing, and technology teams to align design with positioning and campaign objectives.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across multiple platforms for diverse clients.
  • Creative Problem-Solving: Bring fresh perspectives and bold ideas while ensuring designs are practical and executable.
  • Adaptation & Production: Create production-ready files for both digital and print outputs (brochures, presentations, signage, packaging, etc.).
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on design, marketing, and cultural trends to keep work fresh and relevant.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree: In Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience; agency experience preferred.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, campaign, and multi-channel design work.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools is a plus.
  • Theory: Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Time Management: Ability to balance creativity with strategy and client goals.
  • Digital Knowledge: Basic knowledge of digital formats (social media, web) and print production.
  • Motion Graphics: Motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design knowledge is a plus.
