Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous Quality Analyst to ensure the highest quality and accuracy of our eLearning courses. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for verifying the quality of audio production, visual elements, and interactivities. Your attention to detail and analytical skills will enable us to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Audio & Transcript: Verify that audio production meets quality standards, confirm voice talent reads storyboards accurately, ensure text transcript is formatted correctly, and synchronize audio and transcript perfectly.
  • Visuals & Timing: Confirm graphics conform to approved storyboards, verify on-screen text is formatted properly, check for spelling and grammar, and ensure visuals fade in/out in sync with audio.
  • Interactivities: Ensure test keys are included, try failing and passing activities, confirm feedback functions properly, and verify click-to-reveal items function as expected.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with web-based database search and retrieval techniques
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science or comparable experience
  • 2+ years' experience in Quality Analysis
